Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi condemned the ongoing Israeli attacks against Palestinians and urged Muslim Ummah to show full unity to support Palestinians.

FM Qureshi said this while expressing his views at the virtual meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) held on Sunday.

Qureshi added that ‘’the condition in Gaza is critical. The resolution adopted by the UN Security Council, UN General Assembly and the UN Human Rights Councils be implemented’’.

FM also said that “Israel’s crime is against the humanity and should not escape accountability’’.

The foreign minister wrote on his Twitter handle:

‘’The violence is against the international and humanitarian laws. Attacks on worshippers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and violating its sanctity, death and destruction in Ramazan and Eid is unacceptable’’, Qureshi said further.

The foreign minister said that “There should be no impurity for Israel’s violation of international law, including the Fourth Geneva and other various human rights conventions.”
