QUETTA: At least one person lost his life while several others reportedly injured including two police officers and few media persons journalists on account of twin blasts in Quetta yesterday, sources said.
The blasts took place in the Kharotabad and Khaizi Chowk areas in Quetta.
According to rescue officials, a cylinder blast took place inside a transport company’s office, wounding six people. The moment rescue officials and police teams reached the site of incident, another blast occurred.
The twin blasts severely injured the police officers, rescue officials, and others.
Following to which the wounded were rushed to a nearby hospital.
Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan directed officials to submit a detailed report on the incident of twin blasts.
