PESHAWAR: A 5.9 magnitude earthquake jolted different cities in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab yesterday.
The tremors created a chaos and fear among the people in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chinyoot, Toba Tek Singh, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Malakand, Kohat, Bannu, Buner, Dir and other areas.
It may be mentioned here that the epicenter of the earthquake was Hindukash region in Afghanistan, a local news channel reported.
Moreover, no reports related to the huge damage or of loss of lives and property was witnessed following to the tremor.
