RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically said during the Corps Commander Conference that “Pakistan Army never recognize the sham Indian efforts to legalize its occupation of Jammu & Kashmir through Article 370 or 35-A.”

DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor on his official Twitter handle quoted army chief and wrote ” The forum of Corps Commander Conference fully support governments rejection of Indian actions regarding Kashmir.”

“Pakistan never recognized the sham Indian efforts to legalise its occupation of Jammu and Kashmir through Article 370 or 35-A decades ago; efforts which have now been revoked by India itself,” DG ISPR tweet added.

In another part of the tweet, official spokesperson of Pakistan military wrote: “Pakistan Army firmly stands by the Kashmiris in their struggle to the very end. We are prepared and shall go to any extent in this regard for fulfilling our obligations.”
